To bring the window up in your post,
Find and copy the link from your browsers window of the YouTube video you wish to post.
1) Open a reply window,
2) copy the two 'youtube' words complete with their parenthesis (as shown below) into your reply window
3) Paste the youtube url/link between these 2 words, (smack dab in between the parentheses or dead center as per say)
4) Then Copy and paste the completed line into your reply and post it to the forum.
This only works on YouTube videos, don't paste a google videos or other urls between the two YouTube words/code

Using the "Shrink Picture Link above, find the picture you want on your computer, using Windows Explorer, and double-click on it. It should open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager; if it doesn't, close the program that it opened with, go back to Windows Explorer, and right-click on the file. Select "Open With...", and choose Windows Office Picture Manager. Once open, click on File, select Export. On the right side of your screen, you'll see a bunch of options. You don't need to change the Location/ directory; but un-click the box next to "Export File with This Name"; Change the name to "Avatar". Now click "OK".
You now have a copy of the original that you can mess with, without losing the original. Now open the copy (Avatar.jpg) with the same program. This time, click on Edit Picture at the right-top. Along the right hand side you'll see Resize. Click on that, it will open some options, you want to select Custom Width x Height. Put the width at 100 pixels, and the height at 66. Click "OK", then click the Save icon if you like it. If you don't, click the Undo arrow and try different width/height, but they can't be much different. Check the file size in Windows Explorer, it should be quite small (6kb). Ross F-1
